The Hideaway aims to create affordable pricing with an undecorated venue. You are welcome to do your own decorating or hire a decorator for your event. The Hideaway can recommend a decorator to take care of all your decorating needs.

Event insurance protects the host, guest and the venue owner. The Certificate of Insurance can be purchased in Troy for $100 at The Witherington Insurance Group (1200 Elba Hwy. Troy, AL 36079). It takes 10 minutes to purchase. Remember to add Hideaway Events as an additional insured. If you purchase through an online company such as theeventhelper.com the cost may be $125.
Yes, you can absolutely rent our indoor and outdoor space for extended hours or for multiple days.
Yes, liquor is allowed. You must serve responsibly. ABC regulations prohibit the SALE of liquor. Hideaway Events does not have a liquor license to sale. Security is required at all events serving liquor.
As long as your event respects the neighbors, you can use the facility all night. There is a fee of $100 for each hour past your scheduled time.
If you want your event outdoors, table and chairs will be set up on the deck and in the picnic areas. You can rent inflatable bounce houses for the kids to play on. Music can be played outdoors at a moderate level. You are welcome to bring tents, lawn chairs, and coolers as an additional option for outdoor events.
